Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries during night hours.
- Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor security systems and maintain a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Assist in inventory management and stocking of amenities as needed.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure a smooth handover of hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.
