Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety/security during night hours
- Handle check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and room service requests
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and address maintenance issues
- Manage emergency protocols and coordinate with security teams
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with cleaning staff to uphold cleanliness standards
- Support day transition briefings with oncoming teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if required for duties)
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
