As a Night Shift Hotel Staff member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and luxury experience of our guests. You will work behind the scenes to ensure our hotel operates seamlessly through the night, providing exceptional service to late arrivals and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Conduct nightly inspections of assigned rooms and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with check-in procedures for late arrivals and handle wake-up calls and requests.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol common areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process laundry, manage inventory for housekeeping supplies, and restock amenities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests during the night shift.
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
