Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently during the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination and perform room inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lobby spaces, and corridors.
- Handle cash handling and light administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
