Responsibilities
- Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently during overnight hours.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Perform nightly security rounds and lock-up procedures.
- Assist guests with requests, such as wake-up calls or room service information.
- Perform light cleaning duties in common areas and the front desk.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
