Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for VIP and leisure guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing operations with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account records
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and manage key security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality alcohol service certification (TIPS)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
