Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally, providing directions and information about local amenities.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adhere to all company policies.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and common areas to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Process wake-up calls and special requests for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with property management systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
