Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at front desk including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises to ensure guest and property safety
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for overnight room turnover and deep cleaning
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism
- Manage inventory for overnight supplies and amenities
- Complete detailed shift reports and handover documentation
- Maintain strict compliance with hotel safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Kentucky driver's license (for property patrols)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/Micros preferred)
