- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily accounts
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
