Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest emergencies with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room turnovers and facility upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure 24/7 satisfaction
- Execute night audit procedures and manage financial transactions accurately

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (if valet duties required)
