Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and restrooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow all established cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned room counts within the shift timeframe.
- Interact professionally with guests and fellow team members at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
