Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration of guests.
- Monitor security systems and conduct rounds to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with laundry services, room preparation, and housekeeping coordination as needed.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and POS systems.
