Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during night hours
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises to ensure guest safety and property integrity
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for overnight operations
- Handle emergency situations and guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Process late-night payments and manage reservation systems
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management
- Maintain pristine lobby areas, restrooms, and common spaces overnight
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during unsupervised hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid New York State ID and ability to pass background check
- Fluent English communication skills
