Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Perform daily room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping staff for maintenance requests
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate with security team to ensure guest and property safety
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to satisfaction
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for overnight activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid New York State driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
