Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance issues
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain detailed logs of activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible schedule with overnight availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license (for Illinois locations)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish or Mandarin a plus
