Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain confidential guest data
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain meticulous records and shift documentation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, PMS, or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail with financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ohio hospitality certification preferred
