Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning surfaces
- Maintain pristine condition of public areas including lobbies, hallways, and elevations
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with night audit and security teams for seamless operations
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and request restocks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks
