- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Manage night audit procedures and daily financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Monitor property security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare end-of-day reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience required
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
