Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage hotel reservations and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Process payments accurately and securely, including credit card transactions and cash handling.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role.
