Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety and well-being of guests and property.
- Perform nightly rounds to inspect guest rooms, public areas, and amenities for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and logs regarding guest incidents, maintenance requests, and lost and found items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems.
