Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws (TABC/ABC compliance).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
