Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and stocked with amenities.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture, as directed by the supervisor.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged furniture, to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
