Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional check-in/check-out services during evening and overnight hours
- Maintain pristine lobby, reception areas, and common spaces to exceed cleanliness standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure guest safety and property security protocols
- Manage reservations and process payments accurately using hotel management systems
- Complete detailed shift handover reports and communicate guest preferences to day teams
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak evening arrivals
Qualifications
- No hotel experience required—comprehensive training provided for all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; students welcome to apply
- Outstanding communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy for reservation and check-in systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred for vaut services
