Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during night hours
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Complete nightly operational reports
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- Must be available for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Positive attitude and customer focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
