Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Manage room assignments and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with event preparation and VIP guest services
- Utilize property management systems for accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid Nevada gaming card if applicable to position
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
