Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Perform nightly audits and financial transaction reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas during shift
- Complete detailed shift handover reports for day staff
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required - we train our team!
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for property transport)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
