Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitor the security and safety of the hotel property and guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly via phone or in person.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas and the lobby to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate daily logs.
- Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
