Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Monitor the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere throughout the night.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist with key card management and security protocols for late-night arrivals.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or irregularities to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not required for training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we are looking for eager learners.
