Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance requests
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and according to protocol
- Prepare daily reports and update guest information systems
- Manage inventory for overnight supplies and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
