Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Monitor hotel security and emergency protocols overnight
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform nightly audits of reservations and billing systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Conduct property safety inspections during shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
