Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Coordinate housekeeping services for overnight room turnovers and public area maintenance
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established protocols
- Process payments, reconcile nightly reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24-hour operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
