Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure property security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of all overnight incidents and activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (for property inspections)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
