Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Complete end-of-day financial reports and prepare for morning handover
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Valid Washington state food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with property management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
