Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle reservation inquiries and manage guest accounts with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Prepare daily reports and maintain detailed incident logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
