Responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, events)
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver 5-star service
- Oversee property maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor relationships
- Drive local marketing partnerships and community engagement
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing/strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Chicago hospitality market
- Expertise in Opera/PMS systems and MS Office suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Illinois Food Service Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
