Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.
- Manage and mentor hotel staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize revenue generation strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of amenities and services.
- Respond to online reviews and maintain the hotel's positive online reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and POS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
