Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols for health and safety
- Document maintenance issues and report to maintenance supervisor
- Coordinate with front desk team for room readiness and special requests
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrival
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
