Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and suites through meticulous cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of amenities
- Deep-clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, pressing, and distributing linens
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management team
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety protocols, OSHA standards, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions and report writing
