Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are restocked and arranged neatly.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department immediately.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Sanitation: Follow OSHA and CDC guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Efficiency: Complete cleaning tasks within the designated shift time while maintaining high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability: A dependable work history and punctuality are essential.
