Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and maintain linen quality
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards during all cleaning procedures
- Provide turndown service and prepare rooms for next-day arrivals
- Collaborate with security team for overnight property access protocols
- Complete detailed inspection checklists with photographic documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (for property transportation)
- Strong attention to detail with time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
