Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard protocols
- Manage linen inventory, restock amenities, and maintain supply rooms with precision
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Address maintenance issues promptly and document all room status changes
- Adhere to safety regulations, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Basic knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards and chemical safety
