Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Stock amenities and replenish supplies to ensure premium guest experience
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if driving service carts)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
