- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) and cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and health department regulations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize cleaning routes and time management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation (some properties require travel)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours, lift 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
- Basic English proficiency for safety protocols and guest interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
- Clean background check and drug screening required
