Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom sanitization
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain organized supply closets
- Deep-clean common areas, lobbies, and high-touch surfaces per company protocols
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management immediately
- Adhere to strict safety standards when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
