Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed hygiene standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and property-specific cleaning procedures
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities and supply inventory
- Collaborate with overnight security and front desk teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals and disinfection protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in low-light conditions
