Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and tidy.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in guest rooms and corridors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance or management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and cleanliness in personal appearance and work area.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
