Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Change bed linens, fluff pillows, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and stocked with amenities.
- Empty trash cans and ensure waste disposal areas are clean and orderly.
- Deep clean kitchens, including appliances and countertops, to meet hygiene standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Interact professionally with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
