Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the Front Desk or Engineering immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and health regulations are followed at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
