Responsibilities
- Execute thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure rooms are fully prepared for the next guest.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Sort and process laundry according to strict quality control guidelines.
- Operate housekeeping equipment, including vacuums and floor buffers, safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull furniture and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
