Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, handle reservations, and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints with poise.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Monitor cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure a pristine environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all amenities are present and service is flawless.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and management, relaying feedback and ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security guidelines to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or customer service is highly valued.
- Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a significant advantage.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude are mandatory.
